The item I would like is sold out, what should I do?
- Be sure to follow us on Instagram or Twitter for updates @d17clothing, items do tend to sell out very fast due to limited releases.
How long will it take for my order to be shipped?
- Please allow 1-3 days for order processing & 5-7 days for order delivery, after shipping, depending on location.
I received a tracking number and it has not updated, what should I do?
- Tracking numbers take up to 48 hours before updating. Please be patient!
- We are NOT responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please contact the United Parcel Service (UPS) for concerns and use the UPS tracking number for reference when inquiring about your package.
