D17 x Washington Wizards

Calling all runners and basketball fans! We are excited to announce D17 will be partnering with the Washington Wizards.

Please join us for our first annual Wizards Community Run Club event on Saturday, March 29th. 

We will kick things off by meeting at GROUNDED, located at 1913 Martin Luther King Jr Ave SE, Washington, DC 20020. 

The run will start at 10am, so please be sure to arrive by 9:45 for check-in and coffee! After the run, there will be some final remarks before everyone goes home to get ready for the Wizards game. 

We will be opening the doors up to all the runners at 51:5 for Early Entry, so please be sure to arrive at the Gallery Place Entrance at the arena to catch warmups before doors open to the public! Grab your ticket here for the game.

$3 of each ticket sale will go to Leveling The Playing Field. LPF redistributes equipment to expand access and equity within youth sports and recreation programs in under-resourced communities.
